Tapas are the heart of Spanish cooking and Cava’s Tapas menu showcases over 50 regional Tapas which draws on all aspects of Spanish cooking. All the meat is either Irish, free-range, local, or wild and reflects our "nose to tail" policy. If there's a tapa we don't have tell us, and we'll do our best to cook it. A list of our local suppliers is available here.
Cava’s desserts are all made in house. They showcase the best of Spanish patisserie. The menu changes a number of times a year in order for those
with a sweet tooth to keep coming back to try new Spanish desserts.
