Tapas are the heart of Spanish cooking and Cava’s Tapas menu showcases over 50 regional Tapas which draws on all aspects of Spanish cooking. All the meat is either Irish, free-range, local, or wild and reflects our "nose to tail" policy. If there's a tapa we don't have tell us, and we'll do our best to cook it. Cava’s desserts are all made in house. They showcase the best of Spanish patisserie. The menu changes a number of times a year in order for those with a sweet tooth to keep coming back to try new Spanish desserts.
We have designed a leaflet indicating which dishes contain wheat/gluten. There are no hidden flours in our dishes. The leaflet can be downloaded here.
Cava’s cellar carries over a wide variety of Spanish wines, beers, cider and sherry. The wine menu is divided into a number of categories depending on the character of the wine. This makes in easier for the customer to choose a light, medium, or a full bodied wine depending on preference.
