Cava is committed to sourcing and using Irish produce whenever and wherever possible in its seasonally menus. While our cured meats and cheeses are imported directly from Spain by ourselves, nearly all other ingredients Cava use support the local and the national infrastructure, most specifically in the realm of fishing and farming. If you have any questions about where any of our products come from, just ask!
